Please allow 24 hours in advance. Same day cancelations are devastating to a small business. If you do need to cancel same day, a 50% charge (based off of the price of the original service) will be added when you rebook.

You have 3 days after receiving your wig to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

additionally, there is a 20% restocking fee on the original wig price. Services such as sizing, color, cut, etc. costs are non refundable.

Exchanges can be made within 3 days after receiving your wig. The wig must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
